Doortec Roller Shutters Uninsulated or Insulated

Roller Shutters are an economical reliable solution for all  of your door openings and are available in insulated or non insulated configuration,

Electrical {240/450V} and manual operation available. 

Roller Shutters allow you to utilise the maximum size opening with guide runners and the roll of the shutter mounted on the reveal of the door opening.                             

Roller Shutters are manufactured from Galvanized Steel and are available in varios colour coated finishes if required to enhance the look of your premises. 

Barrel

Constructed from mild steel pipe including counter balanced spring [s] running on steel shaft with bearings fitted into cast iron end blocks.

We also incorporate an automatic rachet type safety brake in case of emergencies.

Curtain

Constructed from:-

Uninsulated:- 75mm x 22/20/18swg  curved galvanized steel laths,  

Insulated :-    100mm x 28mm x 18swg flat galvanized steel laths,

With a galvanised double T section bottom rail for added security and strength. 

Wind hooks and guides fitted to doors where needed.   

Finishes

Mill Finish Galvanized steel,

Epoxy Powder Colour Coated,

Plastisol Colour Coated.
