Designed to be used in applications like warehouses,
The design is optimal for customers who need robust, well-insulated and space-saving doors in the outer walls of industrial premises.

The sectional door slides up under the roof when opened, allowing free space around the door opening and leaving it completely free.

A high quality, 42mm thick, sandwich panel provides good insulation values and corrosion protection. This means that the Doortec door meets practically every individual demand.

It is an overhead sectional door which is suitable, both with regard to function and appearance, for all types of buildings.

Safety - It has been designed to meet all operational and safety requirements in the European Directives and the standards issued by the European Standardization Committee, CEN.

Door Leaf - It consists of process laminated, 42mm thick, 600mm high sections, insulated by means of CFC free polyurethane. The specific height of the door is achieved by trimming the top section.
The surface of the sections consists of micro-rilled steel or aluminium sheet material.
The door has side, bottom, top and section joint seals, and all manually operated doors are delivered with a lock bolt as standard.

Wind Resistance - It is 700N/m² for doors with a daylight width up to 4250mm and 450N/m² for doors with a daylight width > 4250mm. These values are, acc. to norm EN12424, class 3 respectively class 2 for a closed door with or without pass door.

Water Penetration - The resistance to water penetration is 70PA according to norm EN 12425 class 3 (exceptional) for a closed door with or without pass door.

Insulation - The U-value for a closed (4 x 4m) installed door without pass door is 0,8W/m² C for a steel door and 0,9W/m² C for an aluminium door, according to norm EN 12428.

Tightness - The air tightness is approx. 8,5m³/m²/h according to norm EN 12426 class 2 for a closed door with or without pass door.

Options
  • Glazed Section – The door can be glazed with double acrylic panes in rectangular or oval frames. Single hardened glass is also available but in rectangular frames only. The frames are black, 39mm width, and made of high impact polystyrene. The bottom section cannot be glazed.
  • Pass Door – They are always opened outwards and are available either left or right hung. It is normally located in the centre of the door, although it is possible to place the pass door off-centre, window pitch allowing.
    Pass door opening size (W x H): 810 x 1850mm
Opening height from floor level: 2040mm.
For safety reasons it can be important to separate pedestrian and vehicle traffic. A practical solution is to place a separate pass door next to the industrial door.
Steel - The outside coating is of polyester quality which comes in 8 standard pre-coated colours.
The inside coating is also in polyester quality and comes in colour RAL 9002.
The outside and inside sheets are roll formed with horizontal micro-rills for aesthetical reasons.

Standard Colours - The real colours may slightly differ from the printed RAL colours.
